Stardom: Salman Khan joins the cast of Aryan Khan’s web series; to feature alongside Shah Rukh Khan?

Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan share one of the strongest friendships in Bollywood. The’Karan Arjun’ duo – despite a couple of brought years in-between, have always been by each other’s side during times of both celebrations and troubles. Now, as SRK’s son Aryan Khan is all set to make his debut as a director with a web series titled Stardon, the ‘Sikandar’ star is all out supporting him.

As per media reports, Salman Khan will have a cameo star in one of the episodes of Aryan Khan’s Stardom. Read on to know the scoop.

Salman Khan joins the cast of Aryan Khan’s Stardom?

Talking about Salman Khan joining the cast of Aryan Khan’s directorial debut Stardom, a source in the know told News18 Showsha, “Aryan has roped in Salman Khan to grace one of the episodes of his series. The actor has already wrapped up filming his part. While both the superstars (Shah Rukh Khan & Salman) will most probably not be sharing screen space in the show, it will definitely be exciting for both of their fans to see their favourite stars collaborate on the former’s son’s debut project.”

The source continued, “It was a no-brainer for Salman when he was offered a cameo in Stardom. Salman shares a great bond with Shah Rukh and his family. And so, it took him no time to say a yes to Aryan.” SRK and Salman have co-starred in several films over the years. The duo first worked together in Rakesh Roshan’s Karan Arjun. They then co-starred in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Hum Tumhare Hain Sanam. After several years, the ‘Jawan’ actor made a special appearance in Salman’s Tubelight, which the latter reciprocated by doing the song Issaqbaazi in SRK’s Zero. Since then, the duo have had extended cameos appearances in each other’s Pathaan and Tiger 3. They will soon be seen headlining the upcoming YRF spy actioner, Tiger Vs Pathaan.

About the web series

Titled Stardom, the show is Aryan Khan’s directorial debut and stars Kill fame Lakshya. Mona Singh will reportedly also play a pivotal part in the narrative. As per reports, the web series is said to be a fictionalised account of the Hindi film industry.

Aside from Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, the star-studded web series will also feature Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Ranveer Singh, Bobby Deol, Badshah and more celebs. We are sure these interesting cameos in each episode special.
